If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. We require cancellation notice 5 days prior to the end of the month.

I grew up spending most of my time in the gym as a competitive cheerleader. After graduating high school in 2011, I consistently went to the gym, but had no motivation or drive for daily workouts like I did when training for cheerleading back in the day. I walked into CrossFit Oshkosh in October of 2013 and found my passion and motivation towards training again. 5 years later, I now coach CrossFit classes, and enjoy being able to share my love for the sport with others. Through CrossFit and being a part of the CFO family, my confidence has sky rocketed, I've become stronger both physically and mentally. I love building relationships around fitness, and watching members push themselves to achieve things they once thought would never be possible.

Fran! (21-15-9 thrusters & Pull-Ups)
And Murph hurts my soul
(1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run).
Biggest Fitness Hurdle:
The mental game – but trying to work and improve on it every day! I’ve learned the importance of believing in yourself and not letting bad days get to you.
Things people may not know:
I was born in California and slept through and earthquake when I was a baby…I still think I would be able to though #TeamSleep
Dig a Bit Deeper:
Nothing makes me happier than watching someone achieve their first pull-up, or hitting a big lift they’ve been working towards. Nothing makes me feel better than laying on the ground covered in sweat trying to catch my breath – these are just a few reasons why the gym is one of my favorite places (indoor, there are too many cool outdoor places to compare!). I love my CFO family and they inspire me to be better daily. CFO has given me an outlet to share my love of health and fitness with like-minded people, and for that I am forever greatful!
